  • 34cup water, plus
  • 2tablespoons water
  • 2tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 12cups bread flour
  • 14cup granulated sugar
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon bread machine yeast
  • FILLING
  • 13cup granulated sugar
  • 2teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • GLAZE
  • 1cup powdered sugar
  • 12teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 -2tablespoon milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place water, 2 Tablespoons butter, bread flour, 1/4 cup white granulated sugar, salt and yeast in the bread machine and start on dough cycle.
  2. Once dough is complete, roll out into a 9″ square on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon together (I mix it in a measuring cup).
  4. Spread 2 Tablespoons softened margarine over the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture.
  5. Roll up tightly into a log and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Cut into 1″ slices and place in a greased 9″x9″x2″ square pan (brownie pan).
  7. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour or so until double, OR in refrigerator overnight if making for breakfast.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to make glaze, drizzle over rolls and serve warm. recipes for dinner

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven at 350 degrees. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
  2. Beat egg.
  3. Add sour cream and add to the flour mixture.
  4. Add the milk, oil, and chocolate chips stir and pour into greased or lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Cook time is about 15-20 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched.

DIRECTIONS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt& cinnamon.

  • 1egg
  • 1teaspoon almond extract
  • 8ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14cup sugar
  • 1egg
  • 12cup raspberry preserves or 12 cup strawberry preserves
  • 12cup sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour bottom and sides of 9 or 10 inch springform pan.
  3. Combine flour and 3/4 cup sugar.
  4. Add the butter to the sugar-flour mixture and cut with pastry blender or fork until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture.
  6. To remaining mixture, add baking powder, soda, salt, sour cream, one egg and almond extract; blend well.
  7. Spread batter over bottom and up sides of pan 2 inches (batter should be 1/4 inch thick on sides).
  8. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg; blend well.
  9. Pour over batter in pan.
  10. Carefully spread preserves over all.
  11. Combine reserved crumbs and sliced almonds.
  12. Sprinkle over top.
  13. Bake 55 minutes or until filling is set.
  14. Cool 15 minutes.
  15. Remove sides of pan.
  16. Serve warm or cool.

  3. Mix well – Some lumps are fine.
  4. let sit for a minute or two while heating your skillet. I use a cast iron skillet lightly oiled.
  5. when pan is hot drop by 1/8 c amounts
  6. cook until bubbles appear and then flip after about 45 seconds they are done.
  7. remove from pan and serve as you like with syrup or fruit.
